ALPEX交易平台8月26日网络宕机赔偿方案:据官方消息， 今天下午13:40-14:36期间，ALPEX网站以及App突然遭遇技术故障，造成页面无法打开和无法进行交易等问题，经过技术团队的紧急修复，现已修复故障，恢复交易和充提币等功能。鉴于宕机致使部分用户遭受损失，ALPEX已经启动赔偿机制，赔偿方案如下：
1.确定影响时间范围为北京时间2021年8月26日13:40-14:36；
2.赔付方式为：用户提交可能存在问题的订单，ALPEX会在确认为问题订单后，按照 最优于用户的价格计算金额；
3.索赔途径为用户在App内联系官方客服进行举证，并需要由用户确认金额后开始赔付流程；
4.后续如有其他变动，请以官方通告为准，为保护您的资产安全，请勿相信第三方信息渠道。
