证监会刘铁斌：要尽快制定区块链等新兴技术运用方面的相关规章制度，金融核心机构对区块链投入较小:今日，中国证监会信息中心主任刘铁斌在“2018智能金融发展论坛”上发言时提到，“如果说把人工智能、大数据、云计算、区块链等等新兴技术运用到日常的经营和管理上面来讲，在制度方面我们还是稍微落后一些。在这一块我们还要尽快的制订相关的规章制度。”此外，刘铁斌称，去年针对全行业内外的几千家金融机构进行了一次系统化调研。调研显示，市场核心机构的人员投入、资金投入上，在云计算、大数据方面投入比较大，在人工智能和区块链方面投入比较小。“现在投入是不均匀的，所以区块链等等这些方面，可能大家确实取得场景比较少、投入比较少，发展也是不太均衡的。”[2018/5/28]
