巴塞尔委员会：商业银行应监测加密资产与相关传统资产的价值差异:金色财经报道，根据巴塞尔委员会的咨询文件，加密货币资产被分为“两组/三类”。首先，文件判定第一组加密资产可以是代币化的传统资产，亦或是存在一个稳定机制的加密资产，其价值能挂钩某类传统资产（如稳定币）；而未满足上述要求的加密资产均被列入第二组，包括比特币、以太坊等多种数字货币。对于第一组第二类的加密资产，文件对“稳定机制”给出了明确的认定，商业银行应监测加密资产与相关传统资产的价值差异，以评估稳定机制的有效性。具体标准是在一年中，价值差异不得超过传统资产价值的10个基点，且不得超过三次。如若未达到该标准，稳定机制即视为失效，那么涉及到的加密资产就将划分至第二组。其次，在测算信用和市场风险的最低资本要求时，对于第一组加密资产，文件建议其至少应等同于传统资产的相关要求（进一步考虑资本附加）。例如，在银行账上持有的代币化公司债券将受到与其持有的非代币化公司债券相同的风险加权。
