Huobi回应商标诉讼：有权自由使用Huobi Global Limited商标:6月21日消息，Huobi 就“李林控制的 X-Spot 就商标侵权起诉 Huobi Global”发表回应称：
1、Huobi Global Limited在全球很多的法律管辖区中拥有商标使用权，因此有权自由使用。
2、Huobi Global Limited的注册地并非香港。香港地区的商标使用权取决于香港的法律法规。
3、目前我们尚末正式收到任何法院的受理通知，对于该诉讼并未得到详细的了解。我们会积极沟通。
